About Us
Maggie has been working with plants and ornamental flowers for over 30 years. She began her journey in the farming community of Champaign, Illinois. Since helping her family plant large annual gardens, and working in the farm fields, she has loved having the dark dirt under her feet since childhood. Nature has always evoked a sense of calm in her spirit. She has lived in several breathtaking areas of the United States, but currently calls Gig Harbor, Washington home.
She is a retired cardiac surgical nurse whose technical aptitude and love of nature led her to create PNWBotanicals.
She has begun pressing, preserving and framing plants of all kinds. Her inventory is constantly changing. Please check back for new works and variations.
